It so hard to find info. Even their employees could not find them and have to to ask their expert. Each week , i have to call them an average of 30 times to find info. It waste so much of our time. I post pictures of part location that they don t have and they delete them. Especiallly old vehicles and brand new vehicles.. To make matte worst, they dont open saturday to get info. Their print is so smalllllllll to see them.. On their invoices., they dont offer more space to type on invoices when we have big repair jobs .
