It so hard to find info. Even their employees could not find them and have to to ask their expert. Each week , i have to call them an average of 30 times to find info. It waste so much of our time. Their display is so hard to look at and so confusing, it worst than alldata. Their display is so smallllllllllll to read them. They dont offer real world pictures of parts location. I have to take pictures and post on it. The only thing i like is they gave me spaces to type on invoices for big repair job.. On their invoices, they dont a section for additional repair authorization. Automotive 101 class. Their ceo must be a rookie,. If i walk away and come back to look at my customer repair on the computer, their software make changes by itself. The labor section that was on top move to the bottom. I have to waste more time and correct it. An average of 11 times a day.

I've been seeing this for some time, now. As of late, I have better luck with Google high school or Utube university. Sigh!
