I would give them a zero star if I could. Same story as others ordered they said no problem we have it 7 days . Waited, called no response, e mail no response, finally I just back charged them. PayPal refunded money in less than a week. I dont understand these outfits, they dont want to lose a sale but their lies and poor service just drive you away. Its getting ruff at there for PCM's these companies just make it worse.

jumped in that boat back in january for a pcm on a mazda tribute. finally received it 6 wks later after i tried to cancel the order. it was plug and play but misfired on 2 cylinders. determined misfire to be bad driver in pcm. trying to contact the company is a nightmare. contacted my bank to have charge reversed and learned that in banking there is a 120 day window for remedy like that and i had exceeded that. the only thing that saved me Read more...

Same thing, it was defective. I had to send it back. 2 or 3 weeks past I had to buy a different one from a different supplier so I could give the customer their vehicle. I never got a refund. This was in the fall of 2018, I ran across these 6 other reviews.

DO NOT BUY from Flagship ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We purchased PCM , Salesperson gave a different number based on "their" software, supposed to be plug and play. It plugged, it did not play. We could communicate with module but could not Crank. It's been over three weeks unresolved. Won't answer phone. Passed to voicemail too many times.

Flagship one ecms are junk and customer service is worse. Waste of time and money DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! Similar experience as others.

I went thru the same thing. I also got the impression that they did not stock much of anything. their warranty , service and parts are junk. I got pay-pal involved and finally got my money back. Avoid this firm. It's some sort of scam.

We order a computer got it 18 days later , installed , wouldn't shift out of gear , called and called , no callback , finally they call and offer to replace said ide like a refund , was told no refunds so sent it back , got one 22 dats later put it in wont start , so we got a different local one , i called and complained over and over , and sent it back to this day no refund or credit now 6 month later

Same experience! Ordered from them because they are close and I needed the pcm asap. I contacted them as soon as I ordered it and told them that I needed it ASAP and that I did not need it programmed. I have IDS and could program it myself. They claim that the order had already been submitted and I would have to wait at least a week before it would be shipped out. I honestly think that they don't even have computers in stock.
