I have been using Mitchell for over 20 years. It has gone downhill over the last ten years. Lots of information is unavailable. The majority of the hyperlinks on the wiring diagrams do not work. It so hard to find info. Even their employees could not find them and have to to ask their expert. Each week , i have to call them an average of 30 times to find info. It waste so much of our time. I tried pro demand a year ago when I started my business and yes, terrible terrible terrible! Nothing but one problem after another with access! I got the feeling they didn't want my business because I didn't have a shop because I'm a 100% Mobile Mechanic. I had nothing but trouble for about 3 months and I finally left for all data and couldn't be happier
Company is a train wreck. It's what you'd expect with anything Snap-On dips their fingers in. Poor customer service and even worse service info. Definitely do not waste your money with them.
Puts the S in suck. Prodemand and Social crm are absolutely useless.
Here's the scam, our rep, Jim out of Fresno says "try social crm out for 3 months and if you don't like it, we'll cancel it before you have to pay for it".

Whats up with prodemand? Hasn't worked since friday. Does anyone have any info on the subject? I have been trying since friday to no avail it doen't even load all it does is say no internet connection which i know is a lie cause i am now and have been able to access other web pages, just not this one.
Dave is the most professional , knowledgeable and helpful individual ever, i have been hassling him for years with anything that i didnt know how to do myself and he always went way beyond to help me, from information to anything i ever needed , not once was he rude or impatient, thats why i will always use ProDemand Mitchell1 , good help is hard to get and Dave is a blessing to have working there
My experience with ProDemand is largely good. I do have trouble finding things from time to time. The wiring diagrams are awesome. Anytime the info is not yet in the system I simply call in and within an hour it is emailed to me.
