We downloaded this in October called to cancel 15 days later within the 30-day window, 5 months later they are still in review and billing me $300 a month. I've sat on hold for hours at the time waiting to get through (currently at 1hr 6 min). I post pictures of part location that they don t have and they delete them. Especiallly old vehicles and brand new vehicles.. To make matte worst, they dont open saturday to get info.
