Repair Writer 4.5 SDR Software - Laura Gonzales, Manager/Service Advisor at Long Beach Autohaus
Agree with Lee, by far the best Shop Management software on the market. The systems layout is clean not full of features you don’t need right in front of you all the time, which makes the user very eficiente. One down fall is the shop integration with your parts vendors. Little glitchy but I know that will be straightened out sooner than later! The support team is top notch, mind you I rarely had to use them. Overall Repair Writer (SDR Softw Read more...
PT Performance part # W942 6 piece pick set Willmar corporation - Roger Davis, Technician at City of Roanoke
This is a great alternative to paying $60 to $100 for a 4 PC set from Snappy. Also this set is sold by O'reillys and unlike pick sets from Advance or Autozone the tools do not bend easily like those stores cheapo sets do. The last set I bought was $13.00 plus tax... a very good deal. I actually went back and bought 2 more sets for the ones you lose or other co-workers happen to borrow and never bring back (cough cough... steal :). O'Reillys Read more...

MaxiVideo MV400 Autel - Tam Hoang, Technician at Tam Hoang
It gets the job done, but quality from camera isnt the clearest especially in low light. it has a built in light but its not worth a hoot. i usually have to shine my flashlight (if i can get it in the area). Other than that it is pretty solid. - Shon'Dre Leger
Power Probe IV Power Probe TeK - Francis John Antonio, Owner at AutoTech LLC
I've been a decades-long user of Power Probe products and frankly have never had a problem with reliability or performance. Have seven different Power Probe Kits (including ECT 3000s, 2000s, "Hook", Power Probe 3s). Picked up a Power Probe IV approx a year ago and it's served me well and has now become my "go to" Fuel Injector Diagnostic Tool --- vice noid lights or hauling out the laptop, PICO, etc. Read more...
Vise grips Irwin - Jim Haines, Technician at Auto Tech Of Tysons
Not to be mean but all these companies have sold us out and ship production to china and else were and the quality is zero from as you show Vise Grips to shoes and so on. Prices the same as US made just way more profit from slave labor to the big wigs.
Screwdriver Kit and Mini Ratchet Harbor Freight Tools - Andy Miller, Owner/Technician at Greentree Automotive Hood River Oregon
Here are three tools that I think most of you will find a good use for. The Mini screwdriver kit works on TPM screws and other things but the bits fit Dill TPMs drivers the kits less than a couple bits for the Dill tools. https://www.harborfreight.com/32-piece-screwdriver-set-with-tweezers-97517.html Read more...

Vise grips Irwin - Chris Ours, Technician at Jeffs Automotive

Vise grips Irwin - Bryan Brickson, Owner at Kent Auto Repair
They don’t make them like the used to. I have used this brand of vise grips for over 50 years. They have always been very durable and lasted through 20 years of abuse before I lost them. This new pair broke while I was clamping 2 pieces of steel together with one hand. How could the pieces have fallen to the floor? The jaw broke and I wasn’t even misusing them. https://www.dropbox.com/s/y0hym6yy4lo67fl/IMG_2495.HEIC?dl=0 Read more...
