They don’t make them like the used to. I have used this brand of vise grips for over 50 years. They have always been very durable and lasted through 20 years of abuse before I lost them. This new pair broke while I was clamping 2 pieces of steel together with one hand. How could the pieces have fallen to the floor? The jaw broke and I wasn’t even misusing them. https://www.dropbox.com/s/y0hym6yy4lo67fl/IMG_2495.HEIC?dl=0Read more...

I thought moving into Snap On New Scanner and new OS system was a upgrade from the MT2500 and Edge scanner predecessors. Nope. I've sent the Unit back 3 times in first 2 years for software issues and once for touch screen stopped working. The salesmen showed me all these cool features , but it wasn't till after I bought it that those cool features was a pay subscription . And still as of toady , Try entering into a 2018 Chrysler Jeep vehicle.

The kit has a few good points, including a long and thin hose with slim quick-connect fittings on both ends, a good assortment of fittings, and numbers on the fittings which correspond to a reference chart. However, the gauges are just of average quality and accuracy, the hose has male fittings on both ends which means that it cannot be looped to keep it from leaking in storage, and the fitting tray doesn't contain all of the pieces when the box

The worst decision and purchase I ever made. I have two for sale brand new half price the equipment works fine it’s the programming providers that you are forced to accept their ridiculous terms after you invest $3000 just an example if your vehicle doesn’t have factory size tires on it and you have a programming that is not successful. They will re-charge you for additional programming after faults have been repaired, they will gladly charge you

Have been using them for 23 years. Very easy system to use and the reports are excellent. Online ordering is simple and the writing process is easy. Only thing I would fix is the tablet program. We added bolt on for text and digital inspections.
Don't do it. This company has turned to shit and is attempting to guarantee future income with this machine and others like it. You are essentially paying a subscription to own this machine. It will lock you out on a regular basis, regardless of how often it's used, and force you to spend large money on stupid "maintenance". The $1000 "oxygen sensor" has to be replaced every 3 years, for example. I've yet to experience it, but the

I bought this tool years ago when they first started. We were always told that we could update it by just buying the updates. Then it got to a point where they said that we could not buy the updates unless we updated the connector. So we bought the new connector. That worked for a while and then they decided that we needed to buy another connector to be able to update the software. They used the excuse of no chips being available so they could

Purchased 2 parts from this company a Engine control module and a Totally integrated Power distribution module (TIPM). we first received a TIPM that was obviously from a junkyard and 4 pins were corroded off and was obvious it wasn't going to work and had to send it back 2 times before receiving a good unit. The Engine control Module (ECM) however looked good but it was creating a problem we didn't have before. I sent it back to them and they s
