Manager SE Mitchell 1 - Joshua Thomas, Owner at Coeur d'Alene Auto Care
Have been using them for 23 years. Very easy system to use and the reports are excellent. Online ordering is simple and the writing process is easy. Only thing I would fix is the tablet program. We added bolt on for text and digital inspections.
AC1234-4 Premier 1234yf A/C Machine Robinair - Brett Anderson, Owner at Koala Motorsport Inc
Don't do it. This company has turned to shit and is attempting to guarantee future income with this machine and others like it. You are essentially paying a subscription to own this machine. It will lock you out on a regular basis, regardless of how often it's used, and force you to spend large money on stupid "maintenance". The $1000 "oxygen sensor" has to be replaced every 3 years, for example. I've yet to experience it, but the Read more...
Giotto ScanTool AutoEnginuity - Don Channel, Owner/Technician at D&S Automotive
I bought this tool years ago when they first started. We were always told that we could update it by just buying the updates. Then it got to a point where they said that we could not buy the updates unless we updated the connector. So we bought the new connector. That worked for a while and then they decided that we needed to buy another connector to be able to update the software. They used the excuse of no chips being available so they could Read more...
Engine Computer ECM ECU PCM Programmed Plug&Play Flagship One Inc. - Art Telson, Technician/Owner at Artys Auto Service
Purchased 2 parts from this company a Engine control module and a Totally integrated Power distribution module (TIPM). we first received a TIPM that was obviously from a junkyard and 4 pins were corroded off and was obvious it wasn't going to work and had to send it back 2 times before receiving a good unit. The Engine control Module (ECM) however looked good but it was creating a problem we didn't have before. I sent it back to them and they s Read more...

Impact Gun Dewalt - Jim Sawyer, Technician at Finger Lakes Ambulance
When My Pneumatic impact started to get tires, I was planning to replace it with another like it. In the past, any cordless impact that had as much power as My pneumatic weight 8 pounds where as My composite pneumatic was around 4 pounds. This model was on sale at Tractor supply for less than the price of the Pneumatic that I was looking at. It is not much heavier than the pneumatic and has just about as much power . It was a good purchase for Read more...

Impact Gun Dewalt - James Kuhns, Owner/Technician at Auto Tech Solutions
Got this mid-torque awhile ago, and thought I'd let u guys know how I like it. I've used it mainly on brakes and lug nuts and its been really impressive. There hasn't been any brake caliper bolt it hasn't backed out yet, which is saying alot. When I used it on axle nuts and frozen suspension parts it blown me away for being a mid-torque. It has 3 speeds besides a bolt removal mode which I find handy at times. The torque ratings are 600 forward an Read more...
Impact Wrench Dewalt - James Kuhns, Owner/Technician at Auto Tech Solutions
Had this DCF900 for awhile now and thought I'd let u guys know how I like it. This is the first impact that has left me speechless and live in the rust belt. So far it hasn't failed to remove anything I've put to. Even semi lugs aren't much of a struggle. The speed that breaks a frozen wheel stud is astounding. Very solid gun and built to last. Used daily on auto wheels and axle nuts. The speed is nice too at 2300 rpm. It has 3 speeds besides a b Read more...
